Mar 1, 2008: UNPO (Unrepresented Nations and Peoples) accepts Baluchistan (Eastern) as a new member. Attendees of the organization's 4th presidency session (29th February-1st March) at its headquarters in The Hague unanimously voted to accept Baluchistan as a member. UNPO has already made appeals for the release of Akhtar Mengal on its website: unpo.org [unpo.org]
